This is the best marathon i have done without training. Ok i have done only 2, but both without training as well! WAT!! I was averaging about 8min 26sec/km and i was quite happy although i was aiming for 7min/km at the beginining of the year.
Well this is the end of my 2008 season. Closing with this sixth event, i felt much accomplishment for the goals i have set out end of 2007 in the area of my fitness department. Next year i should aim for 8-10 events with improvement in all my timings by 10% or more.
